Here's hoping!

I've been doing a lot of reading about fasting.  I've decided to do a 30 day water fast.  I'm a teacher, so I'm off for the summer, which is good, since fasting will make me tired.  I do intend to do 30 minutes of light exercise everyday.  I'm also taking a liquid vitamin, to ensure my body & brain are getting the daily vitamins and minerals it needs.

I would love to embark on this adventure with a friend.  If anyone is interested, let me know!
